Do not use these people. Worse than useless. I had car insurance with them for 6 years. I was involed in an accident that was the other drivers fault. my car was written off. I am even still fighting for medical treatment 16 months after the accident as I am registered disabled. Their lack of ability may have cost me more than my car. As I had no car I could only communicate with them via phone, email etc. Poor to respond and never did what they said they would do. Simply telling me there was nothing they could do. Eventually got to the office and was promised that they would speak to the lawyer from liberty seguros. After a week the lawyer from Liberty told me that he had recieved no call from anyone at Jennifer Cunninghams. Tried to contact Jennifer Cunningham through a 3rd party website complaint. I was in contact with Jennifer Cunninghams personal assistant. But still I was told there was nothing I could do or rather that they could do. I managed to find an accident lawyer in Murcia that has been more help then these charlatans were. JC are quite happy to take their commission on your policy but are of no help if you have an accident. I am now without any transport because of these people.
