It's hard to go wrong with matcha, and the Matcha w/ Fresh Milk was worth every penny, with or without boba. Service: I love PMT and know basically every Boba location in PA, MTV, and LA. A lot of these places hire a bunch of high schoolers or thereabout, and normally, service is what you can expect from a bunch of kids fresh into the work environment, but today I was pleasantly surprised by Archie and Nao. Exemplary service, big smiles (No, I don't have X-ray vision. That's not how X-rays work. And yes, anyone with eyes can tell when someone is smiling, whether there's a mask in the way or not.), and very friendly. Good product inquiry responses aside, they made it easy to talk with them. Instead of being an awkward shuffle of feet while staring down a moody kid whose face screams \I have other places to be\, it was a pleasant experience ordering here. The thing about PMT is you can find good PMT anywhere. But what keeps a customer coming back are good experiences like this. This is what made T4 stand out from millions of others like it. Business: If I had one criticism, it would be that their practices aren't very environmentally conscious. Like most PMT/Boba places they have excessive plastic waste. Plentea uses glass bottles, which is what these stores should be doing. You pay a little more for it but I think our world is worth it (you can bring the glass back in for a small refund off your drink too).

This is the first time I’ve been to this T4 and my Roasted Oolong Tea was very watered down. I think it could be okay if I went back; so, I might consider it. Tea Era in Mountain View is my favorite spot.

Probably one of the best Milk Teas I’ve ever had the pleasure of drinking. But you need to have your drink made by Archie, otherwise... come back and try again the next day til you catch him.
