I reached out to this counseling center for a friend who needed to see a psychiatrist ASAP to refill a prescription. After THREE days of trying to reach someone other than the receptionist & leaving voicemails for Lucia (or was it Lucy?), I finally got in touch with Lucia who asked my friend a ton of standard questions. She showed absolutely no empathy/concern/urgency. She said she/someone else would call us within a week, but it has been over a MONTH, and I never heard back from anyone/was never able to reach her to get an update on the status. Just to put it out there, we were polite, cooperative and respectful throughout our whole conversation. I called another place and they got my friend seeing a therapist within 24 hours. Lucia, if you're seeing this, please remember the reason why you do what you do. Peoples' lives are in your hands.
