Lets just say Lady (not so lady like)was so rude and incompetent. She couldnt answer simple questions. She was constantly cutting me off while asking just a simple question. I wonder how they treat elderly people. Thank god my parents didn't call. These people dont understand they get paid to help out the general population. They are public servants but act like some VIPS LIKE WE OWE THEM. YOU ARE GETTING PAID FROM THE TAX PAYERS MONIES. If you do your job properly, ( just listen to the people patiently and answer simple questions, people might appreciate you).

The assessor website recently changed their map and search function and now it is incredibly slow and does not load half the time. please go back to the old map and search, it was much faster and better.

Wow, the lady at the ownership office is a real \special\. She could not understand the question a simple question with respect to name change no matter how many times it was repeated. She seemed incompetent, though it's no surprise.
