I have been taking Salsa lessons/classes from Danella for more than a year and it is amazing how much my Salsa has improved. She is a wonderful teacher with a serious background in Latin dances. Her combinations, her styling and her willingness to share correct technique has made me a much better dancer. Plus she is just plain fun. She has this bright, committed energy that is infectious and promotes a great time and a friendly atmosphere. You quickly get to know everyone. I love her classes!!

Best salsa teacher in LA! Seriously. I found Danella on Groupon and decided to try out her classes after reading such great reviews. That was five years ago and I’ve never looked back. She explains technique in various ways in order to ensure that everyone can understand and pickup the moves. She’s also light hearted and makes sure that everyone has a good time. I recommend her classes to everyone I know. I have nothing but good things to say about her!

I cannot write enough great things about Danella's dance classes. I found Danella a few years ago and I have tried MANY MANY other classes ever since and NONE have been as amazing and dynamic. Her classes are one you do not want to miss if you really want to learn salsa or bachata. Danella is sweet, knowledgeable, an amazing dancer, and best of all an amazing instructor and friend. Her classes are very well structured and fun at the same time. The variety of patterns she teaches every month are excellent, the foot steps she teaches at the beginning of classes are hard to come by in any other classes and so much fun. The intermediate classes are actually intermediate and the advanced classes are really advanced so you really don't waste time and money. I love that she actually tells people when they are ready to move up to next classes so it does not waste other students time. This just shows the respect she has for her students and that she's not just trying to make money from classes and that is VERY hard to come by. I highly recommend Danella's classes if you really want to learn how to dance and have fun.

I've been going to Danella's salsa classes for 2 years now and no doubt she's one of the best salsa teachers in the LA area. She's really good at breaking down each combo to help you understand it and apply it to social dancing. But what keeps me coming back time and time again is the beautiful community she's created. It's full of kind, loving and welcoming people who are like family to me! Come dance with us! :)

Danella’s teaching is the definition of fun. The first time I stepped in to her salsa class, I was intimidated to try a form of social dancing with which I was so unfamiliar. Hold strangers’ hands?! Let them twirl me around? Maybe step on their feet?! Oh, God. But Danella’s style of teaching cuts right through all those inhibitions - she’s approachable, positive, and energetic, and makes sure no one is left behind. Highly recommend.
