"I'm just so excited to smog my car," said no one ever. It's not so bad, however, if you give Full Service Automotive a shot. Normally I'd go to a local spot and get it over with, but the Groupon deal I found for them was too good to pass up. I came early on a Saturday morning and was initially disappointed to hear that their technician had not arrived for the day yet. One of the workers (perhaps the owner?) promptly called to see where the tech was. He gave me a quick update and even bought me a drink from shop's convenience store. His friendly demeanor and attentiveness helped turn things around. The tech arrived within 20 minutes and my car was taken care of within 10 minutes. Surprisingly, the smog check was completed a lot quicker than other shops I've been to. One big reason for that is this place does not put the car on rollers and through acceleration tests. I came for the good deal, but also left with great service and a passing mark for my car.

Amazing service. Super fast and professional. They changed my battery while I did the paperwork, so I came out and it was done. They also pointed out a few other things I need to follow up on, but didn't pressure me into fixing it now. I'll definitely come back and get those things done sometime soon. I highly recommend the place.

Great place to take your car cor a smog check! Paperwork was taken care off and had no trouble with it. Helpful techs and owner was very knowlegeable. I would totally recommend this place for smog checks.

Long story short. Tried to get a transmission oil change, they couldn’t do it that day wanted to know of price anyways - Was quoted 150.00 for Transmission Fluid change by two different reps. Week later, Brought my 2012 Honda Civic in and was priced at 219.00. Asked the guy about the 150.00 price, he lowered it down to 190.00(Thanks?) but I didn’t have enough so I told him I gotta go and come back. Came back a week later and was told to come back in a week with a smirk on his face(Kevin) without any offer of a reservation or apology or maybe a more definitive time. Seemed like he wasn’t interested in business. Considering I’ve been here for two oil changes and a tire service so far, The job here gets done when its a more simple service but spotty customer service and scheduling. Pros: - Location(For Me) - Service gets done(?) Cons: - Spotty Customer Service - Requires luck to get in. Update: Charbell contacted me immediately after reading my review and went above and beyond to make up for this small incident. Mistakes are made in any business but it’s how we recovered that sets us apart. These guys will definitely have my loyalty for the forseeable future. I appreciate your stellar recovery, Charbell. I highly recommend Full Service Auto Repair for their customer service and have no complaints about the services performed at all.

Took my car to BMW first and they were asking a lot for my repairs with an extended waiting time so I brought it here and they were great with pricing and services my car very fast. I'm very happy with the work they completed from beginning to end. I will be coming here for all my car service needs and I highly recommend this auto shop.

First off, these guys are super nice and knowledgeable and I felt confident going to them based on recommendations by friends. However, I was very disappointed that the price I was quoted 180, turned out to be 258 on the final bill. This is an increase of over 40% and I wish I'd been consulted before the work was done. So, while the guys here are friendly and do good work, I'd have trouble recommending them based off this experience.
