Excel team helped us out when our house had a major water damage. Initially, we tried to deal with the State Farm insurance to get us fair compensation to repair the damages. My daughter is an attorney and I am an auditor, so we thought we could handle the issue without much difficulty. Oh boy! We were totally wrong! We were overwhelmed by the stress involved during an insurance claim. The claim process was extremely stressful and difficult; almost impossible to deal with the insurance company. Great service all around. We got the run around for months with the insurance company. Mr. Park got them to start remediation work in a week and got them to pay for our hotel stay as well. The final reimbursement amount we got was almost ten times what insurance offered. Armando at the office is great too and responds to all email questions right away. Highly recommended
