I called this office to schedule a appointment for a mammogram, since I had a previous lump removed from my breast, and I found another two. Even though I had a referral from my doctor the front desk person was very rude, she put me on hold for over 20 minutes, and finally when came to the phone, she asked many questions. First, she said I had to wait almost two month to see the doctor, and after I told her that is an emergency, she scheduled the appointment for a month later. On the day of my apartment she was rude and told me they would not see me if I would not give my social security card to them. I told the lady that my edical was excited for 3 month and that I didn’t have any insurance. But she continue making treats, and saying if I would not provide the card, I would not see the doctor. So, I called the clinic who referred me to them, and the doctor said told me, that they should not be asking for my social security card, which is not necessary to screening for mammogram, and to check if I have insurance. In case, I don’t have insurance, the doctor also said, some clinics build the patient, which is ilegal since this is a government funded clinic for low or no income patients.

The radiology technician was extremely rude during my visit. I needed radiology services one week later and when I called and told the office manager of my previous experience she said she would send someone to sit with me during the xray! If the radiologist needs that level of supervision perhaps they need to replace him. I definitely did not return there. I have not had problems with any other radiology lab.
