Worst experience ever. 0 respect for grieving family. They don’t take into consideration what direct family want for their loved one. Remember that whoever pays has the last word.

Parking space can be a major problem. I am not sure about their main services since I only dropped off attendees.

Our father passed this Nov 2020. We went usedGuerra Gutierrez Mortuary on Beverly Blvd. in Los Angeles. The staff was very kind, patient and compassionate in helping us make all the arrangements during this very hard time. My family and I highly recommend them.

I am a 100% Service Connected US Navy Veteran who also in the past worked in the Funeral Industry. And that is why I have a very good understanding of the dynamics Involved in this field and the Professionalism, Care, Concern, Respect, Love, Patience, Tenderness. I could go on endlessly in all it takes in being a facility of this caliber a facility that has faithfully served the Los Angeles Counties and Southern California area’s for decades. The exceptional and professional care that was displayed to me through my councilor Adela Martinez was simply astounding in every way. Her and the facility made what in many times might be an awkward or uncomfortable situation very nice, and she well out of here way to ensure my experience be the most pleasant possible. I wasn’t pressured with deception or any Up- Selling but was shown humble respect and true honesty in the presentation of the package I decided to purchase. There are several options available that assist ones self and family in every area. Guerra Gutierrez will display Honor and Compassion while going the distance in Love to ensure you and your family are treated as a member of there own family and as if Royalty. Adela Martinez and staff are always available 24 Hours a day and are prepared to meet each and every need you and your family may have. It may seem my words are so favorable. But in the days and times we find ourselves in truth and compassion are king right now and always will be over hate and ugly and negative words and deeds. These are my true feelings and emotions. If there was a Slogan for this Business I would imagine the words echoing. Courteous Professionalism Is Our Objective! Excellence Is Our Standard! All Respect to the Ownership, Adela Martinez and Staff. 100% Service Connected Veteran. David W Bohannon.

I am sorry to be doing this but the one star goes to the receptionists that have taken our call. When I first called, the counselor, she was not very nice to me since my brother had taken my dad to finalize everything, I do have to give her credit, when I called this last time, she was nice and answered all my questions. My mother passed away on July 26th, due to non covid causes. She was in in-home hospice and never the left the house. When they came to pick her up, both guys had no idea what the other was doing. They were arguing with one another in front of my whole family which was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Here we were trying to process that my mother had left us, and these two guys were yelling at each other over each of them getting information when we had already given it. She passed away Sunday 7/26, and they still have not cremated her. We have to have the mass without her ashes because they can't seem to get things in order. They told us she was waiting for an appointment to be cremated. I sincerely think, that because we weren't doing services through them, they are taking their time in processing her. Since she was not covid related and in hospice, the procedure should have been quicker since, she passed at home, the doctor gave them all the information within 24 hours and she was a direct cremation. Very, Very, Very disappointed with their services.
