Carl was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on Zero motorcycles, and will make sure to get the right match for you based on your needs. These are decent, hard-working people. I bought a motorcycle from these guys without even getting within a thousand miles of their store. I don't know what they look like. I can tell you that Carl chuckles on the phone frequently. The motorcycle they sold me is everything I was promised.
