We called to order on Valentine’s Day and we’re told they were only accepting orders online. We ordered online and received multiple confirmations. My partner went to pick up and was forced to wait for close to half an hour, where social distancing was not observed (inside or outside), and was then told that his order didn’t exist, despite showing multiple forms of proof. Rather than agreeing to cancel the charge, or fulfill the order, my partner was told to contact the ordering company. The ordering company couldn’t get through to the restaurant (they called multiple times) and the charge remains pending until the restaurant agrees to drop it. We were not the only people who were experiencing these issues. We understand that the pandemic makes food service—particularly for small businesses—extremely difficult. However, many other restaurants successfully navigate online orders, and stop accepting them when they are unable to complete them. It is unacceptable to put people in danger by requiring them to congregate for long periods of time, only to not honor their orders.
I go to this special restaurant often since I enjoy the ambiance that is characterizes this restaurant. The crew is exceptionally loving and professional. The service is awfully fast. Not to mention, the food they prepare is good. I came many times and I was always delighted. The rate is reasobable. I recommend this restaurant to to everybody.
Absolutely amazing place with great ambience and even more delicious food. We were visiting LA, and while coming down from Griffith Observatory we chanced upon this one. So so happy we did. Definitely gonna hit it up again whenever we visit LA next. ️
Great environment and very personal service. The menu was crisp and yummy. Will surely recommend this spot to friends. Convenient rates and generous portions. Keep it up.
