Shopped around at multiple places before coming to Kahuna Los Angeles. Met Yujin who was amazing and very attentive to my needs. I initially ordered the SM but then decided on the HM Kappa. She gave me an incredible price plus added a foot massager as well. Delivery was on time and with white glove service. She is the best. I will definitely be returning to get one for myself soon.

Outstanding experience from start to delivery. Eugenie was superb with an excellent ability to answer questions. We were not rushed as we tried out the Kappa chair. Delivery occurred one week before anticipated delivery and the installation was quick and efficient. I had a question one day later and Eugenie walked me through to make it better.
