This store is amazing ! So many wonderful lamps to choose from. The staff is very knowledgeable and the owner is extremely professional and helpful ! This is definitely the store to visit if you are looking for a high quality product at an affordable price. Thank you so much Lamps Expo for the great service !

Fast service repairing my table lamp. I had put in a non matching bulb and ruined the socket- it was sparking. I took it to Lamps Expo and he put in a new socket and dimmer switch and showed me what bulbs were required . He also showed me that it was now working safely. One day service- BUT pricey- I do love my lamp though!
The store looks nice but everything is overpriced for what you get. Bought a lamp today and was in a rush so didn't really check it carefully enough or shop around enough. About 50% more expensive than comparable lamps elsewhere and the dimmer switch doesn't really dim (even though the salesclerk assured me it had a full range there are only two settings). They had a 40% discount going from even more expensive prices (so 220 down to 130, but same lamp available for 80 at other places), and told me that because of the discount they wouldn't allow any returns. Hard to really know if the lamp is right until you have it in your living room. Especially since their show room is so bright. Also, they have a sign at the front desk that says \Prices are higher because of the China Tariffs\ which I thought was a bit obnoxious. Reminded me of businesses that noted \Higher Minimum Wages\ as reasons for price hikes. Why don't they say \High Owner Salary\ or \Ridiculous State Business Regulations\ or \High Sales Taxes\ too??? The place was empty when I walked in so I should have taken the hint.
We purchased our first lamps from Lamps Expo about 3 years ago. We recently returned because we remembered the great service that we received and because of the selections that they offer. We dealt with Jose, still there today, our first time and with Todd this last time. Both were extremely helpful and had great ideas for us. Not to mention them stopping us from making the wrong choice a time or two along the way. We definitely recommend Lamps Expo and will be returning in the future.
Remodeling our 90 year old home on a tight budget is no picnic. Needed new fixtures that would update but be in good taste and retain the architectural integrity of the house. Sergio at Lamps Expo helped make it happen! He walked me around the 2nd floor of the store and listened to the details if my needs. Together, we collected the most perfect lighting for each room...and the prices were so affordable. I'm looking to redo my bedroom lighting...any opportunity to go to Lamps Expo!!!
