I expected poor customer service but I didn't know it would be this poor. It's pretty much impossible to reach your case worker by phone because their voicemail is always full. If you end up talking to a voice automated system they'll end up hanging up on you. There's no way to reach someone. The one time I was able to reach my case worker, well guess what? He doesn't speak English. There's more but I'll leave it there. I'm going to try to go to them directly without an appointment, but I'm already expecting less than stellar service.
