I do almost all of my shipping out of this FedEx/ ULS location due to its convenient location. I have my business shipping address setup here, which was easy to do thanks to their help. This location offer a wide array of services that help me run my small business, which allows me to spend more of my valuable time doing other things. Prices are probably to the high side, but worth it for the convenience factor of going here.

Live scanning, internet, faxing, copies, to mail and package items, shipping, computer services, etc. They are awesome.

I found this business when we needed a notary when my grandmother passed, I then found the notary was connected to the mailbox service and decided to use the mailbox services - even though I didn’t need one - just to support black business. Things have been well until recently. I purchased some business cards for my job on 3/5/2020 and never received them. I’ve called over and over to find if my order has made it and even left messages for the owner/manager to call me back about my order that I paid ahead for and NOTHING. Today is 7/8/2020, four months since I ordered the cards and I still don’t have my cards or even a freaking explanation. I got tired of calling asking about my stuff. I would never give them a red penny again.
