John was great to work with in getting into a new BMW 540i. Nearly everything was done via email and text and couldn't have been simpler. Went in to inspect, test drive and sign paperwork and was done in 30 minutes. This is my second car through John and would highly recommend him to others.
I recently visited Nick Alexander BMW with my dad after going to a few other local dealerships. We were greeted by Edgar. He is extremely nice and informative. He answered all of my dad's questions and never was pushy. We really appreciate his service. When we were at the other dealerships we noticed the sales men didn't want to really help my dad cause he's a little older and it was not okay that they made us feel that way so it was very nice to get a high level of respect and service from Edgar.
