I am completely shocked and at a lost for words at how, when you're in the program, seeking help, you get words of encouragement and compliments as if your doing a great job. However once you leave and feel as though the programs not needed any further and ask for a letter from your counselor repeating all the great things they previously stated about you, you're met with a totally different perspective of how they feel about you. I trusted my counselor shared deep dark and light thoughts with her. Now that i am no longer in the program and need help in the form of a letter shes not willing to do so and now feels im a danger at times, when I've never heard her say that before. Thought i could trust her to actually help but now i see i was just another session to help her get closer to her goal of obtaining a real license. Im super disappointed and yet again reaslise noone really wants to help you, everyone has a motive.
