I usually don't write bad reviews but if I could give this place a 0/10 I would. First off, there are no signs to tell you where the Planned Parenthood is, You have to walk down a long dark sketchy alley to go up to the center. The front desk ladies were very sweet but I let them know from the jump that my insurance was out of state so my services probably wouldn't be covered. After them telling me my insurance wasn't covered I asked if there was a chance I could get a bill now and make a payment when I had the money. The front desk lady said that I could do a reimbursement and then went over the charges, I thought it was pretty clear that I wouldn't be able to pay out of pocket. I was then sent in a room with an MA named Jessica who was very sweet and then asked a series of personal questions, I then was taken to a bathroom that was very gross and told to leave my sample there. Once going to the waiting room I was then asked to pay 292 UPFRONT. From the same person who said I could do the reimbursement. She was asking her lead if there were any payment plans and her lead was very nasty and didn't say anything and just shook her head no. So not only did I waste my time getting there but now they had to toss my sample out. It was very degrading being that I was very concerned for my health and now I'm being turned away because of my inability to pay! On Planned Parenthood its says \Our fees are based on your household income. We'll never turn you away from the care you need because of your inability to pay\. That was a lie in my case. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

The signs on the door during the pandemic were confusing, and misleading due to being extremely poorly written and contradicting one another. The website did nothing to clarify these signs as they were the mistake of someone in the office physically. The nurses will suggest you make tele-health appointments for things you will need to come in person for anyways like birth control administration. The tele-health appointment is a phone call where a nurse asks you all of the questions they normally ask you before you are seen by the doctor. So the nurses are essentially asking you not to waste their time by making them ask you questions in person, but to waste double of your own time being on the phone with them and STILL having to come in because you need physical medical attention. Make no mistake the tele-health will spare you NOTHING in the way of time and I'd bet you still have to talk to a nurse anyways. Make an appointment for a set time and you will not be seen until at least one full hour after your appointment time. Walk-ins are so prioritized there is actually zero point in setting up an appointment. I can confidently saying this after having scheduled four appointments for a simple shot and waited over an hour for each one. Once I waited an hour for my shot to be told to strip for a gyno exam that I wasn't due for for another six months, because they can't keep track of their patients. They have like three different patient profiles for me on file and both the receptionist and the nurses mention it every time I come in and none of them ever fix it. You can literally see them ignoring appointment priority as they take in walk-ins who arrived after you to the back before your eyes. If you have a job set your appointment for the weekend or you will miss a ton of work, except right now of course because the office is open only for tele-health on Saturdays and it is always closed to observe the holy day that is Sunday.

If I could give a zero i would. I waited one hour on the clock, just to go in and them tell me my appointment was rescheduled when its was not. No one contacted me to let me know that. And I even confirmed my appointment two days ago. When I walked in and signed in to my appointment they didn't say anything.. rhey let me sit there for one hour and then let me know. I've never experienced such a thing with a doctors office in my life. Definitely not recommending and not coming back to this location.
