I gifted myself photoshoot for my 40th birthday and it was one of the best experiences of my life. This particular year has been full of change, not only change of decade but also separating from my husband and becoming a single mom, rediscovering what it is to take back ownership of my life as a women. This experience was perfectly anchored in all those changes and was part of my rebirth and growth. First of all, from the start, Michael was so receptive to the emotional part of this experience. Prior to the shoot and during the shoot, he has been so full of kindness and encouragement and when you shoot with him you feel that he not only enjoys his art but also how he helps women see themselves. I am confident in life but not at all in front of a camera, I tend to goof around a lot but Michael walks you through each pose and make them also unique for you and your body. Not only the photos are AMAZING (just look at his site) but the whole shoot was really really fun. The make up and hair part with his colleague Vivian was great. We had music, and we were just chatting and laughing like girlfriends. She asked me the right questions about make up and I trusted her and she really did the best make up ever. If you do a shoot, just lean in completely with trust and you’ll have one of the most fun and empowering experiences of your life! (Frankly can’t wait to do it again!!)
I had an amazing boudoir photoshoot with Michael Sasser and his makeup team! From the moment I walked into his studio I was greeted and welcomed. Michael and his team made me feel comfortable throughout my entire experience. I loved the way Michael coached me with posing and was very encouraging throughout the entire process. I was also able to have a same day viewing session which was super great considering I traveled to shoot with him. Every lady that is on the fence about shooting with Michael, do it! You will not be disappointed.
Such an amazing experience! Michael is truly amazing at what he does. From beginning to end, he takes care of you; the process is organized, he is super responsive, helpful, sends all pertinent information, coaches you throughout the session, and most importantly: is kind, professional and SUPER CALM. The whole process is seamless and well thought out; which only speaks to his experience and professionalism. I felt safe with Michael and at his studio, (which is super nice and clean) and I never felt uncomfortable (aside from my own nerves). As the session progressed, the nerves subsided, mostly because of Michael and because he showed me some of the photos as he shot, which was reassuring. The whole day is about YOU, and I was so skeptical that I would look awkward or not sexy, but Michael truly captured beautiful shots and even my ideal shot, which he asks about in a survey beforehand... I'm already plotting and thinking about when I can book another session, that's how fun and great the experience was! DO IT FOR YOU!
I loved my photos they were so dreamy and way more than i had hoped for! great photographer Rhiannon makes you feel beautiful and comfortable. Would go again any day!
