Don't eat here if you're a shrimp lover! Because they actually taste and feel like plastic, I've never had shrimp that you couldn't peel without it tearing apart. This was the worst 90 dollars I spent in my entire life, the king crabs where cold when I got it, the only thing that was good was the fries. I will NEVER eat here again.
I can't believe this restaurant was 15 min away from our home!!! The first time we went to a Louisiana style seafood restaurant we fell in love with the incredible flavor and messy fun of eating shellfish out of a plastic bag. Sadly, once we came back to LA we couldn't find anything close to our place. Now, several years later, I googled it again and boom! 15 min away there was the Kickin' Crab! We tried and... THIS IS IT!!! Also love having the option to not get crayfish in the mix, so A! We'll be back as often as our wallet and health allows it!
Always order from here because I live up street didn't have problem until today. I order king crab and shrimp scampi because I ask if it came with rice but it didn't. There is no reason why I should bit my crab meat and its cold. I called and let them know I was going to just get a new order until they tried to give me all these excuses to why my food is cold and I know what I ask before I order my food I ask her if it comes with rice she said yes that's why I ordered it. Than had on glove to check my food but give me my money back with out no ma'am keep those gloves on. But I will never come back here again and will be telling my friends and family not to either. They need to learn proper customer service instead trying to make it seem like their right because if they were I wouldn't have returned my food.
