This is a great place. People there are so friendly and patient. I bought this deal from Living Social and went there with my kids. It was a great experience for the kids. They had so much fun. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

TONI&GUY Hairdressing Academy is great! SHe knows what she is doing, listens and we have fun talking in the chair too! It is a beautiful salon and it even has gardens! Everyone there is nice, from the receptionist to the stylists. I love Hair Play and will be a loyal client.

They never answer or return calls. Neither the website nor outgoing voice message has any information on salon apts. If they are not answering bc no one is physically in the salon they need to record a message letting callers know that their messages will not be returned and to try again at another time. But really someone should still be checking and returning calls as well. Bare minimum put up a notice on ur website, record a new voicemail, the entire rest of the world's businesses had to do that Im sure they should have been able to figure it out after all this time.

I would like to know if the academy/salon on Fairfax will ever open again? I know this covid nightmare is still going on but hopefully when we get it behind us that your business will be back.

For the most part I really enjoyed getting color & cut at TG. Over a 1 1/2 year period there were only 2 very unfortunate experiences. My only real issue is that the instructors were mostly absent and left the students to manage on their own. Many of the students seemed to be far more knowledgeable the instructors. I'll return when they better instructors.
