Used to go there and spend an average of about 4,000 per month but lately their service is horrible! I will never go back again, the employees do not seem to care about their customers anymore. Good luck guys!! Hope you can continue treating customers the way you do and eventually you will have none. Anyway you will never get another penny from me.

The employees here are really rude. They lack customer service skills. You could’ve been there like 2 minutes and they always start to rush you to order and expect you to know their inventory and pricing. Like chill! I’m about to buy over 2k. Sandra and that short Hispanic girl need a day off or something to be happy about. Or please hire someone pleasant who has customer service skills. I can’t wait for quarantine to be over so I can shop somewhere else.
I got to say we did have a rough start as their forms are outdated. the website tells you to call for a shipping quote but they can't give you one until they pulled the order. They won't pull the order unless they have your credit card authorization. The authorization form has things that don't even apply and are outdated. This whole system needs fixed. There were several items that I had in my cart that were not actually in stock. if it's not in stock, I shouldn't be able to add it to my cart. I just received my order today and there was one discrepancy they sent me the wrong thing x 3 Placed my second order and over half of the order was not in stock. I started out around 650 and it ended up around 180. Somebody needs to work on the inventory. On both orders the shipping price is intentionally being inflated. After placing my second order this one was also messed up. me aThey sent an item they don't even sell in place of what I actually ordered. Also I was charged for items that were not sent. My sales representative seems to have ignored me about resolving any issue with any orders so I call the main office. I asked them if they had the item that I ordered that they did not send me and they were not sure. After going back to the site you can still add items to your cart that they do not have in stock. Third order same thing. Most items ordered not in stock.
I’ve been buying from this company for a few months now and have always had very easy/smooth transactions. I normally work with Leanna and she’s honestly the best! She actually remembers my name and texts me about my orders, unlike many other sellers I’ve bought from. Leanna has made me feel like more than just a customer, which is why I keep coming back! Also all of my orders came in carefully packed without anything missing or damaged!
