Great experience! Everyone was so nice and communicated very well. They provide headphones with Spotify, a little mirror so you have a view outside (in case you’re claustrophobic). They prop your feet for comfort. And it was fast. I actually found it incredibly relaxing. They validate parking 40 mins which was plenty of time. Everything was so convenient. I’d definitely recommend coming here for an MRI.

Very professional and the best place to get an MRI since you have a view of Wilshire Blvd. The staff is lovely and they make it easy and stress free, since I was nervous about the process or the closed MRI. Super happy we found this great facility.

Great service, very bad in communications. They would not give me a copy of the report and wanted me to go back to sign form. Nobody had a decency to tell me the procedure to get a copy of the report.

I've had back issues since 2003 and because of that I developed extreme claustrophobia to the point where I've been living with horrifying pain but I've had so much fear of getting an MRI I've not done anything about it. Anyways I got so badd that I just couldn't deal with it anymore I had to Just be strong and do it and my doctor told me I should go to Westwood open MRI and I was completely blown away by the new open MRI machines. 1st of all they're nothing like they used to be I was not claustrophobic in any way shape or form I had plenty of Room. They had these glasses where I could look outside and see the street. And what you should take 45 minutes only took 12 minutes it was amazing. All that fear for no reason! Now here's the other part of it everybody there was so nice so kind! They understood the process. They understood what my problem was Didn't make me feel stupid or anything like that for my fear if anything make knowledge didn't they worked with me and it was just a great experience and hopefully I can go there for now on if I ever need to get another MRI.

Not a lot of waiting. Everybody I was in contact with was pleasant and professional. They were prompt getting the results to my doctor. I will got there again. Hint: If you're not in too much pain, you can park for free at the Federal building and walk the two short blocks.
