Not the most secure place to live - Reports of thievery, accessible by people who live in the outlying slum areas, a "gate" area which is not guarded come 5PM and serves merely as a toll collection booth during the day, no CCTVs in place despite multiple reports of crime, dimly lit pathways and in some cases defective streetlights. Kind of sad since there are some well-off families living here, one would think they would want a more secure area. They also got rid of the numerous dogs roaming the streets some years before, thus taking away what was a deterrent for criminals.
Lived in the area for 3 yrs during 2012 till 2015. Neighborhood is ok but not a secure subd.. during the period we were there 2-3 robbery happened simultaneously in broad day light. We lost our pup and never found it. Anos road right after you get out of Rhoda is a hell of traffic! Unbelievable! Obe of the main reason we moved out. Otherwise, like the wet market, baker's field at UP Univ perfect ground ground for our early regular morning walk.
Peaceful village of konoha.
I stayed here for a month and the place is convenient for residents and students because it is near from market, mall, churches, and schools. The place is also guarded and well maintained.
One of the few good places to live in LB.
