Ususally we are very well treated by the Spanish, but this was a really bad experience. We stood in line for help with mask and distance to others. The attendant first pass us for one Spanish person then yells to us in Spanish to stand on the spots in the shop (there were hardly any people in the shop and we were having huge distance). The second time we were passed I tell her it is not ok and she yells agin fast in Spanish (probably just to make sure we would not understand). If I did the same in my country towards any non-native, it would not be acceptable and I would be \talked to by my boss or police\.

I ordered Fiber optics in august. Along the line I ordered also 2 lines, only because of the internet bundle. In the store they said the fiber optics is possible. After the techic came, it was not possible to install fiber optics. We tried 4G at home and there was no signal. So I cancelled the contract in the store. Now I was being charged for the 2 lines that we do not use! We wanted to cancel everything! I also called the support last month and asked for a refund and now it is the new month and we are being charged again! For the third month after the cancellation, total more than 100eur! How is this possible? Please cancel all my lines and I would like to get a refund for all the charges! Thank you

Es increíble que sólo haya dos trabajadoras en la zona Oeste de la isla ,una empresa tan grande como Movistar .....ellas hacen un trabajo excelente pero es imposible para ellas atender Tanya gente... las colas y horas de espera son intolerables... tal vez un jubilado se lo pueda permitir......

Todo muy bien, atención excelente, el sistema de turno es moderno y automatizado, puedes tomar un turno e irte y te avisan a través de sms cuando estás a una persona para tu turno, lo que indudablemente es una ventaja para no perder tiempo esperando y de esta manera aprovechar para hacer otro trámite en cualquier otro lugar, me atendió Ethel García y me atendió súper bien! Sitio recomendado

Muy mala experiencia, quería contratar un servicio de únicamente internet y me quisieron hacer una fusión, menos mal que me lo solucionaron vía online por que la verdad la chica rellenita se aprovechó de mi , o eso creía ella, bendito sean los 14 días de desistimiento. NO RECOMIENDO la tienda, no solo por las horas de espera si no por este engaño que he sufrido.
