We have used Paws and Claws since Elsa was about 3 months old...she is now 4years old. She loves the place and they make her feel part of the family. We have and continue to recommend to everyone looking for a perfect home from home place to leave their fur baby...in good, safe, caring surroundings with fantastic family and staff. Can not praise them enough. Perfect in every way. Elsas favourite treat...better than cheese to her. Wonderful. Your fur babies will be safe in their care...always. Can't praise Paws and Claws enough! What a find! Our dog Kassie goes every Thursday to play! We all know when our dogs like something and she absolutely loves it! The staff are absolutely amazing! How they find the energy to keep so many fur babies happy is amazing whilst at the same time taking videos and photos of every session so we as owners can see how much fun our babies are having, it's incredible! Kassie has also had 'sleep overs' and we would not hesitate to reccomend Paws and Claws to anyone. They obviously love what they do. Amazing!
We have been using paws and claws for almost two years every now and then. Our dog loves it. They have a cattery too and I know they take good care of our cat as well. These animals are free to play, run or even swim if they like and most importanly not kept in a cage all day.
We send 3 of our dogs here every week. They have the time of their lives and we know that they are safe. One of them is a real escape artist but we know that they take good care of her and we don’t need to worry at all. They spend so much time with the dogs making sure they are always having a good time I’m a healthy environment and when we pick them up we get personalised updates on each and every dog. Staff are amazing!
Very friendly staff and look after your pet as if they are their own. Also post videos and pics on Facebook so you can see your cat or dog playing. Brilliant.
Always been really pleased with the service provided. My dog is looked after so well and is so happy to go there each time. It's the only place we would use. Fantastic huge pool for the doggies to play and and they keep the big and small dogs seperate which I particularly love. Always friendly and very helpful.
Absolutely fantastic place, our Holly loves staying here. They look after all the animals so well and so accommodating with availability to pamper your fur baby. Great value, great service, regular picture and video updates of your fur baby.
Seeing on Facebook how happy the resident dogs are, we booked our dog in for a day. The videos we saw, was her having a great time. We were also give a guided tour of the hotel and everything explained to us. Our dog will definitely be returning. Retuning next week
