Beautiful, confident food in an unpretentious atmosphere. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff. Excellent wine list, with some superb local specialities quite unlike the more run-of-the-mill produce from the region. Pricing certainly on the higher side, but reasonable considering very high quality of food and service. Located in quiet, pretty Losone, a little more out of the way than the restaurants down in Ascona or over in Locarno, and all the better for it. Highly recommended! If you miss this one, you're missing out. Note: car park is a little way away from the restaurant itself. You can find it on Google maps or phone the restaurant for directions.

Superfreundlich, edel und Superlecker. Absolut zu empfehlen :-) Der Wirt und seine Frau sind super herzlich und man spricht auch deutsch. Das Essen ist auf sehr hohem Niveau. Wir durften den weissesten Trüffel essen den ich je gesehen habe. Hingehen ist eigentlich Pflicht. Auch weil spannede Skulpturen das ganze Restaurant und den Garten zieren. Tausend Dank für die tolle Zeit bei euch... Super amichevole, nobile e super gustoso. Assolutamente raccomandabile :-) Il padrone di casa e sua moglie sono super cordiali e si parla anche il tedesco. Il cibo è ad un livello molto alto. Ci è stato permesso di mangiare il tartufo più bianco che abbia mai visto. Andare lì è obbligatorio. Anche perché emozionanti sculture decorano l'intero ristorante e il giardino. Mille grazie per il grande tempo con voi.....
