The staff at the store are extremely knowledgeable and kind. The customer service and selection are excellent! If you own a reptile, or are looking to get one , this is the only place to go for either your pet or your reptile's needs.

Third reptile I've gotten from here and have went to get feeders from here for years now. The cleanest feeders in newmarket. Just got a carpet python and own a panther chameleon that's near 2 and half had a veiled chameleon years ago from them also. But like any store nothing is perfect I'd still suggest for some of the more tree loving reptiles to get screen enclosures instead of glass and it's cheaper easier setup then aquariums or even glass exo terra which are fine btw if used right with very low wattage and drainage layers etc in my opinion. But staff still are great and have always been helpful and get quite busy in such a small store. I'll still leave 5 stars because I had no problems but still think this should be looked at. Oh and start carrying repashy calcium plus it's one of the if not best products from them and can be used on alot of reptiles. It's the only one I use for my chameleons now and before it required 3 bottles. Calcium plus instore pls

Knowledgeable staff whom are happy to share what they know to ensure the best for your reptiles. Originally got advise about care for our bearded dragon from Petsmart and the advise differed between staff. Was provided confident answers from staff at Lost World for any questions we had. I’ve purchased all kinds of feeders for our bearded dragon from Lost World and they certainly are better quality. Other shops, either less than what you pay for, many dead ones or more expensive. Thank you for your service, you’ve earned our business for many years to come.
