Used Richard for years - always does his best to help, sources reconditioned parts, never charges for parts he doesn't use. If you are used to garages with lovely courtesy cars, however, don't expect that sort of service - they will lend you an old banger, but it gets you from A to B! As I don't much care about courtesy cars I gave 5* but it may be an issue for you! :)
