I had an excellent experience at Lotspeich. We drove from KC to look at a truck and then drove back because of the great customer service. Nick and the team were extremely friendly and fair throughout the entire process. The entire time I never felt overly pressured and they were very responsive over email, phone and text message. The only thing i did not like was that I had previously called to set up an appointment and when i arrived they didnt have me in the system. But they did get me in and out in 30 min. Also it was nice to have a specific place where my child could play. Great customer service..

This was my first experience with this dealership. I was surprised that employees were not wearing masks and assumed the dealership was just outside our county and maybe didn't have a county mandate. I was curious and checked - and they are within county lines. Multiple employees walking the showroom floor without a mask. Oil change and tire rotation was great. I had a seal/trim piece that was loose. I was told that replacing it would probably make it worse. I have had the new car for 3 months and was surprised by the response. After back and forth I asked if the existing trim could be glued down and they were able to do that. Not sure why I had to be the person to suggest the fix.
