I am giving overall 1 stars because of below GOOD: Car Quality and Performance are excellent. Five stars to Honda for That. BAD: Very Poor After Sales service , non transparent Invoice and Quote generation with hidden charges. 1 Star for that ( rather no Stars). I have issues and dispute pending since 15th October and on paper from 2 Nov 2020. But I have received no response since then.

Customer service is too slow, there were staff available, Had to wait 1 hr for test drive and still there was no one to answer some queries after 1 hr.

Worst experience buying a car from here. They provided accessories first with the car and then charged for the same on first service. Also did not communicate properly and delayed the number plate and fasttag just to make sure that we visit for the service and don't go anywhere. If you are from Chittorgarh go to Udaipur for Honda or you can go Ajmer. But not here.
