I love Lou Sobh Kia. This is my second purchase from them. I originally had the Kia Burrego and traded in for Kia Forte. And that trade in was effortless and couldn’t have been easier. The salesman who is no longer there, was super nice and not pushy. About 5 weeks ago, I reached out via website to talk to somebody about trading in for the K5 I knew was coming out. And sure enough, Alyssa Tomazin got everything figured out and set up before I even got there. She was super nice and easy going. The parts department did all of my oil changes and other needs with my Forte. And they were top notch too. Never were they pushy about things I “needed”. And I trust that they will be same way with this K5. This K5 is the real deal by the way. I love it. Even if it’s not the car you are shopping for, Lou Sobh will help you get what you are looking for.

Jeff was awesome! This was my first experience with the service department since buying my vehicle at Lou Sobh. I was met immediately by Jeff who confirmed my requested services then took me inside to show me the waiting area, available water and vending machines. The services were completed in an acceptable amount of time. Jeff reviewed cost of services and other findings before taking my payment and showing me out to my vehicle. Great overall experience!

Both the GM, Jeff Lefkowitz, and our salesperson, Tyler, were outstanding. Neither of them tried to upsell or push a deal. Jeff worked at another Kia dealer when we purchased our first two Kia vehicles a few years ago. He was such an exceptional person to work with; I researched to locate with which dealership he was now affiliated. Tyler was very knowledgeable about each trim package's features for the vehicle in which we were interested. We vacillated between three cars, and neither Jeff nor Tyler made us feel bothersome. The evening we completed the deal, my child became ill at work. Jeff told me not to worry and that I could return the next day. He provided me with all the information he needed to process the paperwork before returning to the dealership. Tyler and Jeff worked to get us as many rebates as we qualified for - Jeff did this last time too. I find both of them to be honest and thoughtful in their presentation. I am not a fan of pushy car salespeople, and Jeff knows this. He paired me with Tyler, who was my perfect match. I love my new K5 and appreciate these two gentlemen. I would recommend each of them if you are searching for the perfect Kia at the best value.
