We needed a car for my 16 year old son. Found the exact car we wanted at Loudon. I had the pleasure of working with Mike McKinney to get the deal done. The price he got me was so competitive, I made the five hour drive from \that state up north\ to buy from him. Becky in the finance area was very friendly and made the paperwork so quick and easy. Recently purchased a used 2018 Ford F-150 from this dealership. Their salesman Mike worked the deal for me and was pleasant to work with. The dealership seems to be recently remodeled and looks very nice. My only complaint is that the truck had definitely been smoked in by the previous owner and I was never given that information before traveling over 2.5 hours to look at it. After voicing my complaint, no money off was offered for me to have the truck professionally cleaned. I’ll now have to purchase a 75 to 100 ozone generator on my own dime to correct the smell. Overall a pretty good car buying experience though.

My parents have bought their cars from Loudon my entire life. Dad was a Ford/Mercury guy. Mom is now 88 years old still has her 1992 Mercury Sable. She adores that car and hopes it outlives her. However, with Dad gone, it is not kept as clean as he once did. For her birthday, I decided to try the detail service. I am in Cleveland, so logistically it could have been a nightmare to coordinate - especially during the Covid-19 virus. Robert was GREAT. We came up with a customized package and even came in a little under his original estimate. They picked up the car so that she did not have to go out. The car they returned looked like NEW. She was THRILLED. Even my brother, who can be tough to impress, said that they did an amazing job. It is like driving a new car for her, only not having to learn all the bells and whistles of the newer cars. THANK you for making this so special for her. This may be a new birthday tradition in our family. This really could not have been a better experience!

had trouble with headlights on my ford f150. took it to Loudons and they switched out headlamp assembly under warranty but still had problem with lights going on and off. took it back found out actual xenon bulbs that were aftermarket were going bad. so they got the problem fixed and replaced bulbs which is good, but was a little more costly than I would like but you have to have lights. only issues was price and not a timely response to when truck was actually done. but overall a good experience. more than likely will continue to use loudons
