I have worked for ABC Teachers for 4 years and they have met my changing work needs as I went from permanent work direct with a school to making a big change and went to flexible work with an agency to suit my new life style. I have had work when I have wanted it and I would not work for any other agency. I have been supported by being forloughed during the lock downs. I would definitely recommend this company.

I’ve only recently joined ABC teachers and, so far they, have been great and very helpful. Whenever I’ve had a question someone has been there on the phone to answer me, as soon as possible.
ABC Teachers are a fantastic supply agency with professional and caring staff who always have time for you, especially Thomas Haynes (Tom) who has always been very approachable, extremely helpful and friendly. ABC Teachers provide work tailored to suit your needs whether it is the age range you want to work with or days you want to work. The amount of work available is very good. The communication between the agency and yourself is excellent via text and phone. I have been working for them for about 2 and half years now and I can truly say I couldn't have asked for a better agency. I wouldn't hesitate recommending anyone to ABC Teachers, who wants to do supply work whether you are a teacher or a teaching assistant. Thanks ABC Teachers.
Since starting work with ABC teachers my personal skill set has enhanced massively. Kelsey Munroe and Richard Stonehouse have been amazing mentors who have assigned me work throughout my time with ABC, never fail to keep me up to date with any changes, give me jobs that are best suited to the distance I can travel and always do so in such a friendly and willing way. I would definitely recommend their agency.
I signed up with ABC a few years ago and although I communicated with a number of their agents I formed a close bond with Adam and Kimberley. After a restructure in the team my ‘named agent ‘ is now Tom Haynes. I find him to be most pleasant to talk to - even during those stressful early morning calls when he is trying to find available staff to match a schools needs. Tom and I communicate well via text and calls and this has ensured he has a good understanding of my preferred schools and the age groups I like to teach. He also checks with schools to ensure they are happy with my work. I am sure this three way communication and my high standards of teaching contribute to my repeat bookings. I’m very proud that schools regularly as for me by name. If I am asked to work in a new school I always let ABC know how it went. Sadly I have occasionally had to make it clear that I do not want to return to those schools- and ABC have honoured that request. Whenever possible Tom gives me advance notice of bookings. I always prefer this as getting up in a morning and just waiting by the phone is rather stressful and sometimes ( when no call comes) rather frustrating and a waste of time. ABC upbdate my availability to work on a Friday for the week that follows. This frustrates me a little as my availability changes regularly ( due to running my own business alongside teaching) . I wish there were an online calendar I could easily update myself. The quantity of work I get varies. Some weeks I get very little whilst other times I can work all 5 days. I think ABC try hard to find me work in local schools first. Distances I am expected to travel can sometimes be a little far, but generally I work within a 15mile radius of my home. All in all I have a good experience working for ABC.
AVOID AVOID AVOID....they just treat you like a slave. They make you work and earn their commission. They won't pay you, won't listen to you. Lady call Anna Armstrong is proper abuser.
Initially very pleasant but when they found out my wife of 20 years teaching experience of the English language (in another country but 20 years all the same) was told they wanted a teacher that was English and wouldn't even consider her for an assistant role. Couldn't get her off the phone quick enough. Very rude. 2018.
