I went to see Amanda when I turned my ankle about 4 weeks before a marathon. She gave me a massage and then a physio session explaining lots of different techniques for strengthening my ankle. This worked very well and I was back up and training within a week and completed my marathon without any issues. Amanda is very friendly, explains things clearly and I would highly recommend her services.

Amazing service! Amanda listened carefully to my needs and devised a plan that supported recovery quickly. She was very knowledgable and put me at ease. I would highly recommend to anyone!

As an ultra distance runner, I am fairly regularly in need of rehabilitation. I have worked with Amanda for four years now, and have found her to be outstanding at diagnosing, foreseeing, and treating running related problems. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Amanda is very professional and thorough in her work. I have worked with as well as experienced it first hand and recommend her to anyone who wishes to see results in sports injuries and rehabilitation!

Professional, highly competent sports physiotherapy, extremely good at helping with my injuries. Importantly works to prevent further injury. I also use durring high intensity periods of my sport to help prevent injury and for advice on exercises to help strengthen areas at risk of injury in my sport. Initial used for help with a bad back strain following a bad crash, subsequently used for a wide range of injuries to muscles tendons ligaments and joints. I now use primarily for help to prevent injury so that I can enjoy my sport without the frustration of being laid up due to injury. Nigel Smith Sport Waterski slalom
