Couldn't recommend highly enough from the lovely reception staff to the professional and calming dentist who did my root canal treatment today. I was originally referred as I was a very nervous patient and wanted sedation. But after meeting the dentist he assured me I would cope under local anaesthetic which I did and the whole procedure was totally painless. Thank you.

Ascent Dental is a very friendly & professional dentist. I started a teeth whitening journey in December with the process commencing a few weeks ago, with great results, I found that they are very attentive in making sure I am a happy with my final results. I’m now a full new patient of the dentist and for the first time, I’m not terrified to go to a dentist. Mandeep made me feel very relaxed and talked me through everything. Gursh was also very welcoming as well and made me feel like I was in great, trusted hands for something that was very new and out my comfort zone.

My usual dentist recommended Ascent as I needed a root canal. I had a fine crack in my tooth that I didn't know about and it had become infected. I was really anxious about it but the experience I had was excellent. I felt looked after and that the work was done thoroughly. I would highly recommend, all the staff were friendly and helpful and it's really helped me feel less anxious over dental work.

I was referred to this practice by my local dentist to under go root canal treatment ahead of having cosmetic work done. I was seen by Jesal who instantly made me feel at ease and explained in detail the procedure that would be carried out, including all risks and costs before I gave the go ahead. The treatment itself was painless and so relaxing. I could of fell to sleep while he worked on my tooth. Jesal made sure I was ok throughout the 2 and a half hours I was in the dentist chair and explained what part of the procedure he was going to do next and what I should expect in terms of vibrations, washing, slight tugging... A week later I received a little card through the post with a simple message to say how well I did during my treatment and that he will see me soon for my 6 month review, which I thought was a really nice touch! I really felt looked after and i would highly recommend anyone to get treatment here. Communication between myself, this practice and my local dentist has been excellent. Thank you to the amazing team at Loughborough for a very pleasant experience.

After my wisdom tooth became impacted, I was turned away by three dentists as they felt it was too complex to remove without surgery as it was close to my nerve. I rang over 30 dentists in the area, Ascent agreed to see me within 48 hours. I had read up on Dr Desai, and was confident that he would be able to extract the tooth without causing damage to the nerve. He explained the options and was very cautious in making a decision based on my scan results. He was realistic but understood how much pain I was in and how badly I wanted the tooth extracted. Dr Desai was kind and listened closely to what I had to say, I had every confidence in him and his team. The extraction took about 5 minutes and was painless. I was able to drive home and only required paracetamol and ibuprofen. The whole team at Ascent were remarkable, and the dental work carried out has exceeded my expectations. The recovery time is incredibly short and I'm able to enjoy Christmas. Thank you for your amazing care.
