The salesman was most knowledgeable and helpful. There was a good selection of beds to view and try. We were particularly interested in the Sealy beds and there was a good choice, the bed we chose suited our requirements.

The lady in the shop was very helpful and polite, at no point did we feel pressured or pushed to buy... she let us know she was there to help but gave us space to look around. The delivery was spot on time and date as planned. The delivery guys were efficient and very well mannered.

I'm writing this review as I'm disgusted the way Bensons for Beds have justified the actions in my grandparents getting the new beds they have saved up for. They purchased the beds after saving up for a while with the actions of the delivery guys uplifting and taking away the old beds in replacements to the new ones. Making a 92 year old man lift and cover two mattresses in a protective cover in order for them to be recycled which he's paid for someone else to do is an absolute disgrace. You should be ashamed of yourself , and then secondly saying that the delivery was attempted when my Grandad stayed in all day in the kitchen to make sure the delivery wasn't missed was a poor excuse. It was laziness, and poor customer service. If your looking for bedroom furniture or a bed. I would look elsewhere.

Please don’t use these people. My mum and dad bought a bed 2600 (an electronic bed) they were 2 days late delivering it. When it arrived the mattress was ripped, the leg wouldn’t screw in, the wrong headboard had been sent and that was ripped too. So I went into the shop and said we want our money back. We were told a refund isn’t easy to do. ( funny that they scan your card to take payment but can’t to a refund so easily) rubbish we are in retail so know the drill. We have to wait for the bed to be collected, then a refund will be issued a day later. We have been waiting a week now for collection. You big companies are an absolute disgrace and every form of negative publicity I can give you I will. My parents are in their seventies and my dad has had a double heart bypass.
