Great surgery. Easy to get an appointment, usually the same day, and rarely have to sit in the waiting room for long. I've found all the staff to be helpful, professional and cheerful.

Not overall happy with the service I have received from this surgery, being a new patient. When I first walked in, the Dc said oh you again. Described a reoccurring symptom which he said he wont touch, and then complained about a sore shoulder blade, and got told to just have paracetamol. Just touched the area briefly. Not sure if he is trying to be funny, but I found him extremely rude and unhelpful, if anyone knows of a decent surgery around Mountsorrel please let me know, as I dont want to stay in a surgery that wont help
