Had a viewing with Clan Living and obviously impressed with the house so signed with them. Definitely no regrets, excellent service and landlord is really responsive. Has a gardener and maintenance man who attends regularly if needed even for small issues. Only complaint I'd have is that the projector screen is hard to see sometimes during the day but then again it is a massive screen so give and take

Henri, the landlord, is the best landlord I’ve ever seen in Loughborough. He’s quick to respond to any issues you might have and will always try to find the most convenient and least expensive ways to sort out issues, a real life saver in many situations. And do I need to mention the houses are amazing? My only complaint is that the house could’ve been a little bit cleaner when we first moved in. Apart from that, 10/10 would recommend
Have rented with a few student accommodation agencies in Loughborough and Clan Living was by far the best. The houses themselves are impressive but really appreciated how well you are looked after. The owner was a Loughborough Uni student so goes out of his way to make your experence great
Clan Living is a small student agency but doensn't mean the quality isn't amazing - quite the opposite. Thoroughly enjoyed renting with them so would recommend to anyone else looking for houses in Loughborough.
I’ve been renting in Loughborough for the past 4 years and Clan living was BY FAR the best renting experience I have had during my time at Loughborough. The landlord Henri was so lovely and was constantly doing his upmost to make sure we had the best experience we possibly could whilst under his roof. If there was ever a problem with the house he would have someone put to fix the problem ASAP, the quickest time was within 10 minutes of reporting a problem! Not to mention the maintenance man Ted who came over to the house once a month to do the gardening etc. I couldn’t recommend this Letting company enough, although it is a little more expensive than I have ever payed for rent before, in the end it worked out to be well worth the money with everything you get included and how well you are looked after!
