This is without a doubt the best Launderette and Dry Cleaners in Loughborough.I have recently returned to be able to use their Service and am so glad.Firstly the Manager and her Staff are as they have always been Extremely professional with the service offered there,also knowledgeable,helpful and very friendly. Being in the Town Centre with Parking facilities makes it even easier to Wash and Dry your laundry,Duvets ,Dry cleaning,and even use their Parcel Courier Service. The Business is always clean and tidy and a great welcome atmosphere makes all customers feel relaxed and can experience the same great Service Every Time they Return.Thankyou for all your hard work it's greatly appreciated and a much needed Service.
the lady around 40s in the store is quite rude person..and does not wear face mask. I have been there for ups parcel. on the walls of store, it is said that, if you do not wear one, you are not allowed to enter. Despite her not wearing mask, she told me she can not give me a receipt because of covid19. it is a big joke: hypocrisy go somewhere and make good people gain some money, not these horrible people.
Had my mattress topper washed and when I picked it up and put it back on my bed it was better than when I first bought it! Not a single stain on it and it's so comfy and puffy! So impressed and the price was brilliant! Would definitely go there again!
If i could give zero star rating, i would do this. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Trust me dont go to this placw. to be served by the rudest woman who doesn't apologise for anything. I just wanted to be kind to other customer for using my credit i already loaded. That women came and she was shouting, i had to call police after this. This is uni city, you can find a lot of places.
