Steve the dreams advisor was extremely knowledgeable and listened to our needs. He then let’s us view products that were right for us, giving good time for us to trial each. We didn’t feel pressured or pushed at any point which was a welcome change to shopping for beds etc.

Really friendly staff, really helpful and above anything else, patient, and when you have 2 kids in tow, is above helpful! Went in to Bensons for bed first and no real customer service skills, no friendly tone, so it was a nice to have that at Dreams.
