Used the post office counter on a few occasions when I’ve been unable to get to another branch, unfortunately there are some incredibly RUDE Self important staff (Especially the grey haired old boiler) who seem to get kicks out of being awkward and unhelpful. The convenience shop however is very well stocked and the service is second to none as mentioned in other reviews

Would rather drive elsewhere than use this post office again. The staff are so rude and unhelpful, which seems to be a common theme reading the other reviews. Grey haired chap served me, very rude, blunt and sarcastic. Maybe they should consider a business less customer facing!!

The retail shop side of the operation is fine, with pleasant helpful staff. However, the post office staff, in particular a younger woman, do not maintain this standard and can be distinctly offhand and unhelpful.....a great shame as it reflects badly on the business as a whole.

Awful service here.. incredibly rude women behind the counter. I have been refused to be given one of my parcels twice now due to a minor detail in the difference on my address compared to my ID, despite the fact 99% of it was correct in the parcel. I then had to organise it for a redelivery to wait in all day to then find out it had never been put back in the post by them.
