This is the second time I've used the Edwards team but, due to circs beyond my control I had to curtail the procedure the first time round. I found then, as now, the Edwards team are excellent: Customer focussed, professional, communicative, organised, friendly. Likewise they are trustworthy and fair-dealing. The price paid represents great value for money, which I think is bottom line - the intersection of high service quality and a good price. It was a difficult sale (due in large part to the buyer's solicitor - not the buyer - and some teething problems with a newly refurbished house) but they took it in their stride and helped me through. I will also add, as a person with mental health issues, that they were respectful, understanding, undemanding but positive, helpful and upbeat. Very highly recommended.

A outstanding Estate agent you talked about go the extra mile. I have never sold a house through them, however I have bought one that they were selling and let me tell you I'm not an easy man to please but these guys are Good!!! very Good, Claire chased everybody up to complete the sale, brilliant.

Claire and her team are amazing super proactive and always take the time to help couldn't ask for more. They go out of their way even when the office is closed to help you. No other estate agent I would use bought our first house from them and then sold it through them amazing bunch of people
