Everything you would expect from a normal Game store. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Make sure to pick up a free reward card for cashback on purchases!

Game Loughborough is a great little store. It has plenty of variety on its shelves from console games from Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo, merchandise from clothing, Funko Pops and other figures, posters, teddies, second hand mobile phones, gaming headsets, pc games and accesories like gaming keyboards and mice and I'm sure theres other items I have forgotten. Like other Game stores around the UK, this one offers the Game Elite membership option which gives you increased points back on purchases and trade-ins including; 10% back on games and merchandise (so if you buy a 50 game you recieve 5 back on your account), 4% back on console purchases, 2% back on games you trade in and I believe 2% back on virtual credit for games and consoles. You also recieve a 5 bonus on your birthday and 5 for resigning up the following year. There are other perks to it. Normal membership is free which offers a lot less in terms of value but there is no cost to it. I dont work at Game, I just believe this is a great offer especially with new consoles coming out, 4% is 20 back on a 500 console, plus games and accesories are 10%. The store is generally very clean and tidy and the staff have always been really nice. There are a lot of new staff as of the last few weeks (likely due to covid) so some still have their training wheels on and need an extra minute, but they are polite and friendly. Theres always great deals here and it's usually well worth popping in for 10 minutes on your way by. Game is inside the precinct in Loughbotough town centre not far from Tyler's entrance

Very disappointed with this store, this is the third time I've been in where something has been on the shelf and not been in stock. Went in today to try and buy an xbox one controller where the empty boxes were on the shelf and even a member of staff put one of the boxes on the shelf to then get to the till to be told that none are in stock and also no sign on the shelf to say out of stock. Won't be bothering to come back as the staff seem to not care or are bothered.
