The house seemed to have been thoroughly renovated a few years ago, but it was already clearly worn out. It is recommended that any defects and cleanliness be documented when moving in, as the tenancy is not characterised by trust and fairness.
I rented with Tracey in my 3rd year at Loughborough University in one of her 1 bed flats. Not only is the flat really well kept and decorated but she is a pleasure to deal with. Super responsive with any requests and is generally very very kind. Would highly recommend to any student going to Loughborough!
Stayed with this company academic year 17/18. Service was outstanding. Lovely flat that the landlord took every effort to maintain over the period of the tenancy.
