As a vegan, I was highly satisfied. Everything was delicious and the service was highly professional. I will come again, I'm craving more of those waffles!

Originally did a five star review but have to take it down after my second experience here. This time the experience wasn't so great, service wasn't good at all and the staff need to be more attentive. The dessert was shockingly awful compared to the first time. Waffles not cooked properly, too much toppings to the point that you feel naseous. Honestly would never say it's worth the money again, one star can only be given to the decent decor. It's safe to say I wouldn't return to this or recommend it.
Amazing desserts and huge variety of them. Very soft waffles and creamy ice cream. I ordered the lotus biscoff waffle and felt that it could do with some more lotus biscoff butter and crumbs. But overall really great experience. Keeping socially distant and also staff are always wearing masks.
My friend suggested that we went here for a dessert after a dinner elsewhere an I was not disappointed, we went for the build your own an both had a version of a bannoffee waffle 1 Belgian an 1 American style an it was delicious, I would say needed sauce over the fruit an possibility some cream but still 5*
Always love this place, fab food and dining experience, and felt super safe with the extra Covid measures. Will be back soon no doubt!
I have visited heavenly desserts multiple times and although sometimes they aren't the warmest hosts, I have never felt the need to write a review about my experience here although I feel the need to warn others. First of all I would like to mention that I think the efforts to track coronavirus and prevent the spread of the disease are fabulous. So walking into the restaurant (wearing a mask) I am \welcomed\ and then told I need to go onto the track and trace app which I replied I cant because I don't have a phone i then get in a sarcastically tone \you don't have a phone\ which made me uncomfortable but i'm familiar with this place so it was expected she then points to my friend and asks if she can do it which we then tried to download the app but her phone was too old to download it. then a second worker came over and we explained what had happened which then she also had an attitude and told us she needed proof which is fine but you could smell her attitude from a mile away she then got a book out and wrote names and numbers into which she did in a way to make us feel unwelcome. we where then seated and told to order our food when we are ready. the atmosphere from then on was negative so i didn't manage to enjoy my food although i'm sure it would've been delicious. there where two workers in there who where kind probably trying to make up for their colleagues bad attitude. however i give this place one star because its not the foods fault that some of the staff force their bad mood onto the customers. i just wonder if my grandparents who don't own phones would be treated in the same way. This written from my laptop because like me and the waitress said I don't have a phone .
