Had a booking at 1pm today. Stood outside for 20 mins with no answer, called the number 6 times going straight to voicemail emailed twice. Rang the doorbell multiple times. Really disappointed with this. I paid and we looked forward to doing this on our special anniversary and now this!!!!!

Excellent experience, effects and the room itself were really good. However, feel we were pushed a bit too much but I understand that they were behind schedule. Would love to play their other rooms sometime:)

I have done a few rooms in different towns. The room we did was fun and a good story in general. The staff was really nice and friendly. The other rooms and stories seemed all really interesting and funny too. I would love trying to escape the others too. Just one thing i would mention next time. I would like to solve the quizzes by myself and only get hints if i really ask for. It was too much leading for me, too many hints and they came too fast, so it doesn’t feel as we would have made it out on time even with plenty of time left.
