Loughborough Vastly overcharged me yesterday for a 47kg propane cylinder refill, 95! I found out I could have got it from a Calor dealer in Loughborough for 69, and delivered from calor for 72. We took this up with JB Tool Hire and they refused to have it back, saying they didn’t believe me when I said I hadn’t taken it out of the car. Customer service nil points!
