Went to Johnson today for the first time as our local butchers had no lamb. Couldn't be more impressed, extremely helpful and the lamb is amazing, didn't even smell of anything and as a retired chef that's excellent, the curry has turned out beautifully even if we aren't having it till tomorrow but I had to taste it didn't I. Brought a few other bits because everything looked so fresh. Will definitely be going back there. Take care everyone and stay safe
