Great place to train and get fit and loose weight. I was 17st1 when i started 11 months on i'm now 14st 1. High level teaching with 5 black belts and other higher belts. Brilliant atmosphere with a top group of lads. Good matt to train on for all levels
Great club teaching jiu Jitsu. Plenty of classes and all levels are welcome. I love training here as we work hard but have fun while doing so!
